據(jù)中國貿(mào)易救濟信息網(wǎng)，美國國際貿(mào)易委員會（ITC）6日發(fā)布公告稱，對特定集成電路及其組件和下游產(chǎn)品（Certain Integrated Circuits, Components Thereof, and Products Containing the Same，調(diào)查編碼：337-TA-1350）作出337部分終裁：基于和解部分終止調(diào)查，拒絕考慮復(fù)審并對最終初裁不采取立場，本案調(diào)查終止。2023年1月19日，美國國際貿(mào)易委員會（ITC）投票決定對特定集成電路及其組件和下游產(chǎn)品（Certain Integrated Circuits, Components Thereof, and Products Containing the Same）啟動337調(diào)查（調(diào)查編碼：337-TA-1350）。2022年12月12日，中國臺灣地區(qū)Realtek Semiconductor Corporation of Taiwan向美國ITC提出337立案調(diào)查申請，主張對美出口、在美進口和在美銷售的該產(chǎn)品侵犯了其知識產(chǎn)權(quán)（美國注冊專利號7,936,245、8,006,218、9,590,582），請求美國ITC發(fā)布有限排除令、禁止令。美國Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.為列名被告。
